We are selling all of our bunnies. Please see the important update located at the top of our Home page regarding this.
You can view the information on the rabbits left available for sale on their individual breed Sales pages. All of their prices
have already been reduced. However, we are willing to negotiate within reason on prices if you are purchasing multiple rabbits
at the same time.
We are not selling cages or nestboxes, these have already been promised to friends once our rabbits have been sold.
If interested, please include the breeds, colors, genders, and the names of the bunnies (if supplied), for the rabbits you
are inquiring about via e-mail.
All of our Lionheads are double-maned, and all bunnies are sold with a full pedigree.
We've tried to keep most of our quality bunnies affordable so that everyone may have the chance to enjoy them as we have!

OUR SALES POLICY
ALWAYS CHECK WITH US via e-mail BEFORE PLACING A DEPOSIT THROUGH PAYPAL, just in case the bunny you want is ALREADY on HOLD
or SOLD. We want to make sure that the bunny you want is STILL AVAILABLE BEFORE YOU PAY. We update our site VERY OFTEN for
this reason.
We are located in NORTHERN TIOGA COUNTY in NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA (approximately only 2 miles from the NY state border).
Therefore, DELIVERY meetings CAN BE ARRANGED at a MUTUALLY AGREED UPON PUBLIC LOCATION in SEVERAL CITIES in PA or NY. I AM
SORRY, but we do not have strangers to our home. UNFORTUNATELY, these days it is just not a safe practice to follow, especially
since we have children. PA CITIES for a PUBLIC LOCATION DELIVERY meeting INCLUDE: Mansfield, Lawrenceville, Elkland, Wellsboro,
Jackson Summit, Daggett, Sayre, Gillett, or Cowanesque. NY CITIES for a PUBLIC LOCATION DELIVERY meeting INCLUDE: Pine City,
Elmira, Horseheads, Wellsburg, Waverly, Painted Post, or Corning. You can just USE YAHOO MAPS or MAPQUEST to LOCATE the CITY
of YOUR CHOICE that is NEAREST TO YOU for the DELIVERY MEETING, and then WE WILL BE GLAD TO HELP WITH DIRECTIONS TO the PUBLIC
LOCATION IN THE CITY YOU CHOOSE. If you happen to notice a town or city near any of the ones listed above where you would
prefer to meet, we would be willing to meet there instead. SPECIFIC DETAILS such as the DELIVERY MEETING DATE, TIME, and DELIVERY
MEETING LOCATION in one of the ABOVE MENTIONED CITIES, or a city of your choice that is near the ones mentioned, can be made
AT THE TIME OF YOUR DEPOSIT OR SOON AFTER. DELIVERY meetings are NORMALLY ONLY AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS, BOTH SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
(unless of course, we are unavailable on a particular day, then other arrangements can be made). UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES,
WE WOULD CONSIDER A WEEKDAY DELIVERY MEETING IN THE EARLY EVENING.
AT THE DELIVERY MEETING, WE WILL BRING YOUR BUNNY/BUNNIES, THE FULL PEDIGREE FOR EACH, and SOME OF OUR FEED IN ORDER FOR YOU
TO GRADUALLY SWITCH THE BUNNY OVER TO YOUR FEED BRAND TO AVOID ANY TUMMY PROBLEMS FROM A SUDDEN CHANGE IN FEED. ALL YOU NEED
TO BRING IS THE BALANCE DUE ON YOUR PURCHASE IN CASH ONLY, AND SOMETHING SAFE TO PUT THE BUNNY/BUNNIES IN TO TRANSPORT THEM
BACK TO YOUR HOME.
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR DEPOSITS. PAYPAL is VERY EASY, FAST, and COMPLETELY SECURE TO USE, and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE a
PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PAYMENT. You may also pay for your purchase IN FULL via PAYPAL. WE REQUIRE A 50% NONFEFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
TO HOLD ANY RABBIT on our site that is FOR SALE - WE WILL NOT HOLD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT FIRST. WE DO ADD A $4.00 FEE TO YOUR
DEPOSIT FOR USING PAYPAL, ONLY BECAUSE PAYPAL CHARGES US FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT THAT WE RECEIVE. THEY DO NOT CHARGE TO
SEND MONEY, ONLY IF YOU RECEIVE MONEY. This DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, except for a couple I will mention shortly.
WE EXPECT the DELIVERY MEETING TO BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DEPOSIT, UNLESS THE BUNNY IS STILL TOO YOUNG TO LEAVE US,
or a prior arrangement HAS BEEN MADE WITH US. IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP FOR THE DELIVERY MEETING ON the AGREED UPON DATE, YOU FORFEIT
THE DEPOSIT, and WILL NOT RECEIVE IT BACK. The 50% BALANCE DUE on your purchase MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITH CASH ONLY, AT THE
TIME OF THE DELIVERY MEETING.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A SALE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. If this should occur, WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Also,
in the HIGHLY UNLIKELY EVENT that a rabbit you have a deposit on dies while in our care, YOU WOULD RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK,
or you could apply the deposit on a different bunny that is AVAILABLE FOR SALE. THESE ARE THE ONLY 2 CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WE
WOULD REFUND A DEPOSIT. We GUARANTEE THE HEALTH of our rabbits FOR 4 DAYS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR HOME, as our rabbits receive
THE VERY BEST OF CARE WHILE HERE.
Our "babies" MUST BE AT LEAST 8 WEEKS OLD before leaving us. At times, bunnies listed for sale are not yet old enough to leave
our home. In this case, they can be held with a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THROUGH PAYPAL UNTIL they are READY TO LEAVE. WE
WILL NOTIFY YOU IN ADVANCE WHEN THE BUNNY IS READY TO GO. Then, YOU WILL NEED to MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH US TO SET UP A DELIVERY
MEETING IN ORDER TO PICK UP THE RABBIT WITHIN 10 DAYS of the TIME OF NOTIFICATION, unless other arrangements have already
been made with us. IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP FOR THE DELIVERY MEETING ON THE AGREED UPON DATE, YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL
NOT RECEIVE IT BACK. ANY BALANCE DUE MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY, AT THE TIME OF THE BUNNY DELIVERY MEETING.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INCREASE THE PRICES OF OUR VERY YOUNG BUNNIES SHOWN FOR SALE (but not old enough to leave us yet)
ACCORDING TO THEIR QUALITY AS THEY MATURE. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO BUYERS WHO HAVE ALREADY PLACED A DEPOSIT ON A RABBIT FOR
US TO HOLD. IN THIS CASE, THE PRICE REMAINS THE SAME EVEN IF THE QUALITY OF THE BUNNY INCREASES.
ALL of OUR LIONHEADS ARE DOUBLE-MANED, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. ALL of OUR BUNNIES COME WITH a FULL PEDIGREE, UNLESS NOTED
AS "PET ONLY".
WE NEVER SHIP ANY BUNNIES, SELL PREGNANT DOES, or OFFER STUD SERVICE. We also DO NOT GUARANTEE on how well a rabbit will place
at any show, or of how good a breeder it will be. That is SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE to tell ahead of time.
We DO NOT sell bunnies to anyone UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (minors). If you are UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, YOU MUST have your PARENT/GUARDIAN
CONTACT US FOR YOU REGARDING THE SALE OF ANY RABBIT.
Also, PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH on the PROPER CARE OF RABBITS (ESPECIALLY on the BREED you are PLANNING TO BUY) BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
from us, UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH THE BREED. WE WANT OUR BUNNIES TO RECEIVE THE BEST OF LOVE and PROPER CARE that
WE HAVE PROVIDED THEM WITH HERE.
Finally, PLEASE DO NOT "STEAL" OUR SALES POLICY, OUR PHOTOS, OR ANY CONTENT ON OUR SITE. They BELONG TO US, and we put A LOT
of TIME AND WORK into them.
