UPDATE: March 3, 2010 ~ Posted photos and info of our 2 baby Lionheads available for sale now to the Lionheads for Sale page of our site. As of the date of this update, they are now almost 9 weeks of age and quite adorable - born on Christmas Day!
UPDATE: March 9, 2010 ~ One baby was sold today - only one baby Lionhead left available, and she is just gorgeous with a lovely temperament to match!

UPDATE: March 3, 2010 ~ We had taken a break from breeding in order to allow our Does a nice, long period of rest. We also had a serious illness occur with a family member to cope with over the past couple of months which also put our breeding program to a temporary halt. All has been resolved just fine now, and we have resumed breeding. We are expecting litters to arrive from our 4 breeds in April, assuming all goes well!

UPDATE: March 3, 2010 ~ !!SALE!! ~ Reduced prices on several Lionheads on the Lionheads for Sale page of our site in order to move them on to new homes!! The monetary loss is of no concern to us - we would rather see that they are placed in good, loving homes soon. We will also be posting a couple babies and approximately 20-23 young adult Lionheads for sale in the next few weeks to that page (some of the adults are successfully Proven Dams and Sires, and others will not have ever been bred yet - this info will be marked accordingly with their photos). They are all quality, purebred, double-maned (DM), and each will be sold with their full pedigree. We will be deciding which Lionheads to keep, and which to sell to new owners over this period of time. It's extremely hard to choose which ones will stay, and saddens us to let any of them go, but we would like to reduce the number of breeding-age Lionheads that we currently own. This will still enable us to maintain a very good breeding program with them as well. Many of our Lionheads and the other 3 breeds that we work with are not pictured on our website now. Please continue to check back on the Lionheads for Sale page for updates, and recent photos and prices, if interested.

UPDATE: February 23, 2010 ~ Photos of our Dwarf Hotot Does and Bucks will be updated to our site in the future, once we have acquired a few more of our own.

UPDATE: February 23, 2010 ~ At some point, we will also be posting photos of our Lionheads, Netherland Dwarfs, and Holland Lops that we have acquired through purchasing and breeding ourselves that are not pictured on our site yet! Some colors include: Chocolates, Broken Chocolate, Chocolate Torts, Lilac Tort, Broken Chestnut, Broken Tort, Broken Blue, Harlequins, Oranges, Frosted Pearls, Smoke Pearl, Siamese Sable, Chinchillas, Orange/White BEW Sport, Black Tort BEW Sport, Black Otter (Blue Otter & Chocolate Otter carrier), BEWs, Himalayans, etc. Their photos will be located on the "Our Lionhead Does", "Our Lionhead Bucks", "Our Netherland Dwarfs", and "Our Holland Lops" pages of our site. The bunnies shown on those pages are not for sale. We hope to get this done in the near future. We will announce it here once this lengthy task has been completed.

UPDATE: September 10, 2009 ~ We have decided to stop raising Jersey Woolies in favor of working with Dwarf Hotots instead. We are only keeping 1 pair of Jersey Woolies for ourselves, and will have just a few litters of Jersey Woolies available for sale each year.

We have also made a change to our website. Each of our 4 individual breeds now have their own "Sales" pages.

Welcome to Endless Mountain Rabbitry!

On our home page, we'll introduce our rabbitry, highlight important areas on our site, and tell you a bit about us.

We live in the beautiful endless mountain range located in North Central PA, only about 2 miles from the upstate NY border. This is where our family-run and owned rabbitry is located. We are the sole owners, and love every aspect of it. Upon seeing our first Lionhead bunny, we fell in love with the breed immediately! We strove to learn everything possible regarding these beautiful, regal-looking rabbits. And, we have been hooked ever since!!

All of our Lionheads, and other listed bunny breeds that we raise, are considered part of our family, and our pets. We raise quality, purebred, double-maned Lionheads with full pedigrees, and most of them were quite expensive. However, a breeder I know was told by a judge at a show that "cheap is not always better". Therefore, we were willing to spend what it took to start out with quality Lionheads. All of our breeds live indoors in a temperature-controlled, extremely clean environment. They receive loads of love and exceptional care each day. All of our babies are handled from birth daily until going to loving homes. This assures that they will be affectionate and good-tempered bunnies, whether sold for show, breeding, or companionship. We always give our Does a proper, long, and well-deserved period of rest before breeding them again. As you can see, we also have a few other purebred rabbit breeds that we love as well. However, our passion is with the Lionhead breed, and we specialize in breeding quality pedigreed Lionheads in many colors, now including: BLACKS, BLUES, CHESTNUTS, CHOCOLATES, OPALS, DIFFERENT COLORED CHINS (chinchillas, blue chinchillas, sable chinchillas, etc.), LYNX, SQUIRRELS, SABLE POINTS, SIAMESE SABLES, TORTOISE, SEALS, SMOKE PEARLS, TORTS- (black, blue, chocolate, lilac), OTTERS-(black, blue, chocolate, lilac), FROSTED PEARLS, ORANGES, MARTENS, HARLEQUINS, many different colors of BROKENS, BLUE-EYED WHITES (BEWs), RUBY-EYED WHITES (REWs), and BEW SPORTS. All of our Lionheads are double-maned, and all of our bunny breeds are sold with a full pedigree (unless otherwise noted on the photo). Our Lionhead Dams and Sires are unrelated - No Inbreeding.

We bought our first Lionheads, and other breeds as babies that we could raise ourselves, and a few adults from several fine and reputable breeders. We are proud members in good standing with the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA), the Northeast Regional Lionhead Rabbit Club (NRLRC), the Keystone Lionhead Rabbit Club (KLRC), and several other clubs devoted to Lionheads and rabbits in general. We highly recommend that you join ARBA, The American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. at www.arba.net. While there, we also suggest buying the book "Standard of Perfection" Edition 2006-2010. It's extremely informative and helpful for breeders of standard bred rabbits and cavies. Please learn all you can about any breed that you plan to purchase before buying. We want our bunnies to go to informed homes so that they get the best of care that we provide them with here, and have all of their needs met. This also includes excellent grooming on the breeds that require it, regular nail trimming, teeth checked each month, proper diet, appropriate cage size requirements, etc.

We try to keep most of our quality babies affordable so that everyone may have the chance to enjoy them as we do!

I would like to send out a very special, heart-felt "Thank You" to Kim for all of her help, excellent advice, and support back when we first started with Lionheads, as well as for some very nice bunnies!

We will be updating often. The pictures you see on our site are ours. All rabbits seen on our site are those we have bought, bred, or raised ourselves. No pictures or content on our site may be used without our written permission.
